What we collect, why, and how to get rid of it. Last updated August 2026.
What this site collects
If you fill in a form, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the town or address of the job, and your description of the problem. Nothing else on this site collects anything about you.
There is no advertising tracker on this site. There is no Google Analytics. There are no cookies set by us. Nothing follows you to another website.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and to quote your job. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, rent it, or give it to anyone marketing anything.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs — IP addresses and requested pages — for a short period for security and abuse prevention.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email while the job is live and in our records afterwards, because we need to know what we did on your house and when. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, except where we're required to keep a record of work performed.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email [[EMAIL]] or call [[PHONE]] and we'll deal with it.
If you're not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won't quietly start collecting something new.
