Using this site

What we've done

• Every function works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• The page is one column of ordinary HTML — headings in order, real lists, real buttons and links — so a screen reader reads it in a sensible order.
• Text contrast meets AA against the background it sits on.
• The layout reflows down to a 320-pixel-wide screen and survives 200% zoom without anything being cut off.
• Motion is limited to a small fade on load, and it is switched off entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Almost no JavaScript is loaded. The menu and the question accordions are native HTML elements, so they work even if scripts are blocked.
• Photos carry alt text that describes the work, not the file name.

Where it likely falls short

We test with a keyboard, with browser zoom, and with automated checks. We have not done a full audit with users of assistive technology. That is a real gap and we'd rather say so than claim a compliance level we haven't verified.

If something doesn't work

Tell us and we'll fix it. Email [[EMAIL]] or call [[PHONE]]. Say which page and what happened, and we'll get back to you within five business days.

If you can't use the website at all, call. Nothing on this site is information you can only get here — we'd rather book your job over the phone than have you fight with a form.
