About
Who you're calling
A licensed residential electrical contractor working out of Belleville. Small enough that you'll deal with the person who quoted the job, licensed and insured enough that your insurer and the ESA are satisfied.
Real people, real vehicle, no stock imagery
The short version
[[COMPANY_NAME]] has been doing residential electrical work in Belleville and the Quinte region since [[YEAR_ESTABLISHED]]. [[OWNER_NAME]] holds the Master Electrician licence and runs the jobs. We work on houses — panels, wiring, lighting, EV chargers and the older systems that come with a town this age.
Placeholder — needs client input
This section wants three or four true paragraphs: who started it and when, what they did before, how many people are on the tools now, and what the company deliberately does not take on. That last one builds more trust than any of the rest, and almost nobody writes it.
The intake list in HANDOFF.md covers what is needed. Leave the
tokens until it arrives.
What we take on
Residential work, almost entirely. Panel upgrades and service changes, rewiring in older homes, aluminum wiring remediation, EV charger installs, lighting, generator transfer switches, and inspections for insurance or a sale.
We file the ESA notification on every job that needs one and hand you the Certificate of Inspection at the end. That is the paper your insurer asks for and the paper a buyer's lawyer asks for.
What we don't take on
- [[WORK_WE_DECLINE]] — replace with the real list
- Anything we'd be learning on your house. If a job isn't ours we'll say so and point you at someone it belongs to.
Licence and insurance
Ontario requires every electrical contractor to hold an ECRA/ESA licence, and to show that number in its advertising. Ours is #[[ECRA_ESA]], and it's in the footer of every page on this site.
You can and should check it. The Electrical Safety Authority keeps a public register of licensed contractors at esasafe.com. If any contractor won't give you a licence number, that is the whole answer.
- ECRA/ESA Licensed
- [[INSURANCE_AMOUNT]] Insured
- [[WARRANTY]] Warranty
- Master Electrician
How we price
Ranges are published on this site because nobody else in Belleville publishes any, and "call for a free estimate" wastes an afternoon for both of us. You get a written, itemized, fixed price after we've looked at the job. It doesn't move unless we find something behind a wall, and if we do we stop and call you before spending your money.
Want a second opinion?
If another contractor has quoted you something and it doesn't sound right, we'll look at it. No charge for the conversation.
